The new version brings new items and additional options for configuring macros and features that once again push the capabilities of Zabbix forward.

Conversion of floating point type data when storing into integer type items – unsupported item is not created, decimal point is removed
Option to count lines of selected type in Windows event log – new item eventlog.count for Zabbix agent/agent 2 has been added
New Browser item type – allows complex monitoring of websites and web applications using a web browser (simulation of user interaction). Data collection is done via HTTP/HTTPS and through Selenium tool integration

Communication framework for widgets. Communication between widgets allows you to control the data displayed in other widgets by selecting the data source. The data source can be either a compatible widget from the same dashboard, the dashboard itself or, for time intervals, the widget itself
Extended functionality of the Host availability widget. Now allows to display hosts with Zabbix agent interface (active checks) and to display Mixed state (when a host has multiple interfaces with different states)
