Axians Slovakia, a member of the French-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, actively participates in a series of workshops on cyber security.

21.10.2024 |   The topic of cybersecurity is very important for companies. This is evidenced by the activity of the French-Slovak Chamber of Commerce (CCFS), which has decided to organize a series of workshops on information technology and security for member organizations. In this way, it wants to convey as much information and recommendations as possible and at the same time create a space for the exchange of experience and best practices in this area.

Axians Slovakia, as a member of the chamber, became an active partner in the implementation of the whole series of workshops.

The first kick-off meeting entitled Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI) took place on Thursday 17 October 2024 in Bratislava. The agenda of the event focused on the NIS2 Directive and its correct application in practice, while reflecting on the most important issues:

  • What are the most common myths or misunderstandings about the new regulation?
  • How to find out if the new regulation applies to you and what are your first obligations?
  • What new regulatory requirements and safeguards are being prepared?
  • What are the latest solutions you can use to prepare for the implementation of new regulatory requirements?

Representatives of Axians Slovakia – Peter Suchý, Head of Cyber ​​Security & Monitoring, and attorney Michal Rampášek, provided expert support in the discussion on issues and practical recommendations for implementing the legislation in practice.
