This year, we have prepared a series of onsite "Axians Technology Breakfast" events for our customers, covering topics in the field of cyber security solutions.
April 23, 2024 | As part of this series, we present partner and custom solutions within the Axians network and success stories of their implementation at our customers. We also discuss current topics related to cybersecurity pitfalls and threats.
The second event of the series took place on Tuesday 23 April 2024 at the Lindner Hotel in Bratislava. The expert program started with a discussion on current legislative issues in the field of cyber security, their context in the international environment, as well as local implications.
Together with our colleagues from Axians Slovakia, attorney Michal Rampasek and Petr Suchy, Head of Cyber Security, we discussed in detail the legislation related to the NIS2 Directive and its practical impact on our customers in relation to their business and their company category.
In the second session, we focused on the area of privileged access management as part of cyber security. The topic looked in detail at the vulnerabilities and potential risks associated with the compromise and subsequent misuse of privileged accounts. Our partners from Comguard, Helena Hraskova, Account & Vendor Manager, and Radek Kugler, IT Security Consultant, presented an effective solution to this issue in the form of WALLIX Bastion technology.
