As a long-term partner of the activities of the educational organization Junior Achievement Slovakia, we once again sat in the jury seats at the “Entrepreneurial Talent Fair” after a year.
April 16, 2024 | This project supports the development of students’ entrepreneurial skills in their student companies, which simulate the activities of joint stock companies. The aim of the activity is to learn how to solve daily challenges related to running a company before actually entering the real economic and labour market.
As part of the event, we have the patronage of the competition category “Axians product of the student company“, where we as a jury judge the created product, its level of innovation, development and implementation within the student company. And of course, we choose the winners of the category. This year, 32 student companies competed in the category. As a member of the board of directors, the representative of Axians Slovakia is also a member of the mixed jury in the “Company of The Year Competition” category. The winning student company in this category advances to the international finals of the competition, which will take place on July 2-4 in Italy.
Congratulations to all the students involved and we wish success to their companies. We hope they will use their innovative and original student ideas in their professional careers, perhaps even within the Axians family!
Axians Slovakia has been a proud supporter of the non-profit educational organization Junior Achievement Slovakia for over 20 years. We bring a “practitioner’s perspective” to the organization, support its activities by providing material equipment, or provide our company premises for various educational events. As a member of the board of directors, we participate in the organization’s board meetings. We are actively involved in organizing selected educational projects in the areas of applied economics and business skills development for high school age students.
